A well known video game Texas Hold `Em poker developed by Skyworks and has been published by the well known Majesco Games as a game for the Nintendo DS on 1st November, 2005. Texas hold 'em poker is a different variation of the standard table card game of poker.

Texas hold’em rule is not very difficult to understand. A full Texas Hold'em table has nine or ten players; any less and the game may be referred to as short handed. To determine who should begin the game, a single card is dealt to each player; high card will be the first dealer. The dealer position is shown by a white synthetic chip called the button, which is also called the dealer place and sometimes also referred to as being on the button.

In poker, Texas hold’em odds or pot odds is defined as the ratio of the current size of the pot to the price of a planned call. For example, if the pot has $1000, and suppose a player has to bid $100 to stay in the game, then the player has 1000-to-100, or 100-to-10 pot odds.
